The response was amazing.
I received so many recipes - more than I could make everyday! And now I am asking for your help again.
I am looking for easy-to-make recipes. Mostly, I would love entrees (not desserts). Copying the recipe into my ask box or submit box would be best.
I am so grateful for anyone willing to help me during this incredibly hard time.

honestly, it is going really poorly right now. But I have an appointment with my therapist on Friday so maybe it will get better soon.

I love foreign food, especially Spanish and Thai. I don’t have any food allergies. I love baking, but I’m not good at it, so keep that in mind ;)
This one is probably going to be the most challenging yet. Brought to us by stunt-muppet recipe #4 is Baked Salmon:
1/3 to 1/2 pound salmon filet (I’ve fed 2-3 people with a 1/2 pound fillet so it depends on how many leftovers you want)
1 tablespoon butter/margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Baking pan (clear baking pan works best but you can use whatever you’ve got)
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Grease or spread butter on baking pan and spread the filet out. Cut the butter into small pieces and place it on top of the fillet.
-Add a pinch or two of salt and pepper until there’s a little bit all over the fillet.
-Put the fillet in the oven.
It usually takes thirty to forty-five minutes for it to bake, but the best way to tell if it’s done is to stick a fork in it. If it’s pink all the way through and flakes when you put the fork in, then it’s done.
Take it out of the oven and let it sit for about five minutes before you eat. The salt and pepper give the fillet more flavor and the butter/margarine keeps it from drying out.

I haven’t cooked any MEAT yet, so this is really pushing myself. I probably won’t make this until tomorrow. It looks so good and easy to make! I’m a little nervous, but I think I can do it!

I just cut two pieces of thick bread and cut holes in the middle of each. I put some butter in a pan and put the bread in. Cracked an egg in the center of each piece, and bam. YUM.
Of course, because I am obsessed with avocado, I smothered it.
Just salt, pepper, and avocado. It’s so good! When you get the middle all the yummy yolk flows out, and the bread sops it up. I ate both pieces easily!
I am feeling much better than last night. A full tummy and a new recipe really does the trick!
